
This month’s workshops are all about making cheese.
How It Works
- You gather 4 to 8 friends (including yourself).
- I arrive in your kitchen with all ingredients and equipment.
- Together we make and farmer’s cheese (or my version, lemon cheese) and either yogurt or paneer and flavored cheeses. I teach you my tricks and tips for making and using homemade cheese and other dairy products.
- We sample the cheeses, and you take home your creations.

- How to turn a gallon of milk into cheese, yogurt, or both
- How to make ready-to-eat cheese in 30 minutes
- My preferred ingredients and tools
- Ways to enhance farmer’s cheese, from paneer to herbal spreads
