9th Annual Sourdough Month

This month’s workshops are all about sourdough.

How It Works

  1. You gather 4 to 8 friends (including yourself).
  2. I arrive in your kitchen with sourdough starter and all other ingredients and equipment.
  3. Together we make and bake sourdough. I teach you my tricks and tips for sourdough starter care and use.
  4. We eat what we create, and you take home ready-to-bake dough and your own jar of sourdough starter so you can keep baking.

  • My minimal-knead, long-ferment technique
  • How to feed and care for sourdough starter
  • My preferred ingredients and tools
  • Tips and tricks for shaping and baking dough
