
This month’s workshops are all about sourdough.
How It Works
- You gather 4 to 8 friends (including yourself).
- I arrive in your kitchen with sourdough starter and all other ingredients and equipment.
- Together we make and bake sourdough. I teach you my tricks and tips for sourdough starter care and use.
- We eat what we create, and you take home ready-to-bake dough and your own jar of sourdough starter so you can keep baking.
