
This month’s workshops are all about eating well outdoors, whether in the front country, on the water, or in your backyard.
How It Works
- You gather 4 to 10 friends (including yourself).
- I arrive at your house with all ingredients and equipment.
- You join the camp of front-country gourmets as you learn how to plan, pack, and prepare delicious meals for multiday outdoor adventures. I teach you about meal planning, pretrip prep, tools, tricks, and recipes that make front-country cooking easy. Together we make a camp- and boat-friendly main dish.
OR
You learn how an outdoor grill is among the best tools for vegetable lovers. I teach you how to maximize the flavors of vegetables by grilling and smoking. Together we grill a collection of garden-fresh produce. - We eat what we create, and you take home a handout that helps you put what you learned to use, including my front-country checklist, sample menus, and planning templates or my techniques and recipe links for grilling and smoking veg.
