We’re getting a little fancy with this month’s workshops, which are all about raising the bar on your beverages and meals buy adding homemade touches. Instead of heading out on the town, I’m bringing the cocktail or sushi party to you.
How It Works
- You gather 4 to 10 friends (including yourself).
- I arrive in your kitchen with all ingredients and equipment. Exception: You and your friends supply any alcohol. For the cocktail workshop, I recommend each attendee bring their favorite mixing alcohol for maximum variety.
- Together we create cocktails and mocktails with homemade mixers or sushi rolls with fresh, seasonal vegetables and fish. I bring a full spread of ingredients for you to mix and match, teach you the ratios and techniques I use, and share my tricks and tips for tasty variations.
- We drink or eat what we create, and you take home samples and a handout that helps you put what you learned to use, including my go-to recipes and flavor combinations.
